Chuwi UBook Pro review: a transformer on Windows OS, an alternative to Surface

If the budget doesn’t allow you to buy Surface Pro 7, there is a less expensive Chinese equivalent on the market – Chuwi UBook Pro, which matches many of the strengths of Microsoft’s transformer. I spent a few weeks with this 2-in-1 tablet, which I will talk about in the review.

Chuwi UBook Pro Review

Undoubtedly, the main disadvantage of Surface devices is their high price. Luckily, we now have cheaper alternatives thanks to Chinese manufacturers like Chuwi, which recently launched its powerful Surface-like device on the market. The UBook Pro comes with a 12.3-inch display, 256GB of fast SSD storage, an Intel M3 8100Y processor, 8GB of RAM, and support for a keyboard case with a stylus.

Is the UBook Pro a viable alternative to the Surface Pro? That’s what I tried to find out.
